The best universities which are offering sociology courses in Turkey are METU Middle East Technical University, Bogaziçi University and Marmara University.

Sociology Admission Requirement

In order to be eligible to study sociology in Turkey, some universities might require taking YÖS (Foreign Student Exam). However, for instance, METU does not accept YÖS for international students and might demand to take SAT. Also, some Turkish universities require a minimum 33 IB score for a bachelor’s degree. On the other hand, for a master’s degree, an equivalent bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2.75 GPA out of 4.00 is required. Also, universities like Boğaziçi accept a GMAT score of 450. However, please note that the requirements vary depending on the university.
